Meet the Team
After completing his B.Comm (Accountancy) degree at the University of the North, Pitso completes his articles at the accounting firm, Enslin’s in 1984. Shortly thereafter he opens Matsidiso & Industrial Restaurants in Qwa-Qwa (which he owned until 1995) and in 1989 he opens the first Kwik Spar franchise in Qwa-Qwa. In 1993 he establishes Sechaba Catering Services in Bloemfontein. In 2000 Sechaba Catering Services merges with Royal Food Services, a subsidiary of Rabserve, to form Royal Sechaba, where Pitso serves as chairman of the group. As a result of his passion for agriculture he establishes Makolobane Farming Enterprise in Senekal where he farms with apples and cattle. Pitso has served in numerous executive positions of which most notably are his current positions as National Executive Council Member and Free State President of African Farmers’ Association of South Africa (AFASA) as well as his position as Chairman of the Deciduous Fruit Development Chamber (DFDC). Pitso joins Capital Harvest during 2016 as shareholder and on 1 June 2016 he is appointed non-executive director of CHEFF.
Willie de Lange

B.Com (Commercial accounting) (Stellenbosch)
After completing his degree at the University of Stellenbosch in 2003, Willie was appointed as a banker's assistant at the Helderberg Commercial Centre of BoE Bank. He is promoted as business manager during 2006 with a client portfolio of R60 million under his management. Willie joined Capital Harvest during July 2007 as a business manager, and managed to build a client portfolio of R249 million under management. After a period of nearly 6 years in obtaining invaluable experience as a dedicated agri-business manager, Willie joined the Credit Risk Team of Capital Harvest in 2013 as the group business analyst. On 1 November 2014 he is appointed as Chief Executive Officer of CHEFF.
B.Com (Accounting) (Stellenbosch)
After completing his matric at Swellendam High School, Ferdie enrols for his B.Accountancy degree at Stellenbosch University. He decides to complete his degree part time and joins Moore Stephens Inc to also complete his articles. He obtains his B.Accountancy degree in 2008 during which time he also joins Nedbank Business Bank (in July 2008) and starts his career in business banking as a credit risk manager, a position which he held for just over two years. In September 2010 he is appointed as business manager and manages a portfolio of just over R100m. Ferdie joined at Capital Harvest in July 2014.
Credit Risk Analyst
B.Com (Management accounting) (Stellenbosch)
Johan completed his matric in 2005 at Riviersonderend High School with the distinction of the best academic performer of his grade 12 group. He completed his B. Com (Management accounting) degree at the University of Stellenbosch in 2008 and started his audit articles at Badenhorst Auditors in Caledon in January 2009. During February 2010 he moved to MGI BASS GORDON GHF in Cape Town to obtain greater audit experience. During this period he enrolled for his post graduate diploma in accounting science with UNISA. He completed his articles in January 2014 and joined Capital Harvest in February 2014 as a credit risk analyst. Johan is responsible for the credit risk analysis of both Capital Harvest and CHEFF.
